Ms. Hala Galal is a film director, script writer and producer. She is the founder and was the executive director of SEMAT Production & Distribution (Cairo) for 10 years. She was the president of The Caravan Euro Arab Festival for 3 years, and the artistic director of the Women Film Festival in Aswan for 1 year. Ms. Galal was also founder and Director of the EFF Education Film Forum at Al Gouna and Aswan Film Festivals for 2 years. She directed more than 18 films and produced more than 15 others. Her long documentary ‘Women ChitChat’ won the Silver Prize at the Rotterdam Film Festival in 2006. Ms. Galal has participated in several local and international film festivals and Cinema Funds as a jury member in recent years, and has been a guest speaker and lecturer in many festivals, conferences and workshops.

Before working at MSA, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator in the Commercial Office of The South Korean Embassy in Cairo (Cairo KBC). Currently, Ms. Atef is involved in several programs such as the 6th round of The Public Policy Hub in the American University in Cairo, and “Be an Ambassador” Initiative by National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development.

Ms. Mai Abo AlSaoud has expertise in scriptwriting for television shows. She studied digital storytelling online course at BBC and obtained a training workshop in data journalism by Arab Data Journalists’ Network (ADJN) and Info Times at Goethe Institute. She has a certification of HCIA- Artificial Intelligence and recognized as Huawei certified academy instructor. 

Ms. Abo AlSaoud is currently the Vice President of the Summer Training Committee (STC) for the Faculty of Mass Communication. She also serves at the Educational Program Advancement Committee. 

Since Ms. Abo AlSaoud joined MSA in 2011, she has been teaching various broadcasting courses including “Introduction to Broadcasting” and “Radio Production.

Ms. Abo AlSaoud has published her Master thesis “Motives of Watching Drama Series Online among Egyptian Youth” in AJMCR 2019. Being the first to tackle web drama in the Arab world earned her an interview with the Egyptian Gazette. Her research interests include digital media and web drama.

Ms. Monda Magdy has been teaching at MSA University since 2011. She teaches Social Marketing, Advertising Copyright, International Advertising and Advertising and PR Graduation Project courses.  Her research interests revolve around the new trends in digital marketing, branding communication, political marketing and communication as well as climate change adaptation and developing strategies via mass communication. Ms. Magdy serves at the Committee of Distinguished Students and at the unit of Students Partnership for Excellence and Quality (SPE-Q).
