Dr. El-Shimy has joined the academic field in 2004 when she became a part time instructor at AUC. In 2006, she served as a full-time lecturer in the Management Sciences Department at MSA, and in 2023; she joined the Faculty of Mass Communication. All this gave her a profound experience in teaching various topics that include World History, Western Civilization, Introduction to Political Science, International Relations, Business Ethics, Sustainable Development, Social Psychology, Media Psychology and Cultural Diversity.
In the meantime, Dr. El-Shimy has been conducting professional work in the academic field and has published several articles that have addressed various issues. Some of these articles are:

In addition, she is frequently hosted on Nile TV to discuss global issues such as: Egyptian Russian Relations under President El Sisi, The Role of Egypt in the Arab World and Africa, and The United States as a world power.

Noha Samir Mahgoub is the broadcast program coordinator, she has joined MSA family as a part time in 2015, then as full time in 2016. She supervised broadcasting graduation projects since then. Twenty years of experience with undergraduate students at Cairo University and other universities. Mahgoub is an IVLP Alumnus in Investigative Journalism, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of state. Mahgoub research interest is artificial intelligence in media, social media effects, new trends in health communication and social & cognitive psychology. Her passion is to encourage students to learn and discover their potentials in a healthy and developed educational environment.

Dr. Omnia Zaazou is an international certified professionalism of instruction from LANGEVIN University in Atlanta. She is working on her second PhD (The effect of social media influencers on customers attitudes and purchase intention in Egypt) from Ecole Superieure Libre De Science Commercials Appliques (ESLSCA) in Paris. Dr. Zaazou has been a lecturer at Modern Sciences and Arts University since 2007. She is a media consultant at AL Baraka banking Group, Al Kasrawy Group, IBAHN International, Advance Media Solution, and Ahmed Bahgat Group. She is certified public speaking trainer. Dr. Zaazou is currently running Art Media Advertising Agency. During her life career she received five awards, and has seven published papers. She is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.

Dr. Rania Shaaban first worked in Unilever being responsible for a marketing campaign for one of its soaps in the Egyptian market in 2002. Then she joined MSA University. Her interests include: Advertising, Consumer Behavior, IMC, Branding, Social Marketing.
Dr. Shaaban is an expert in NTA for presidential leadership program on free-lancer basis. Also, she is a marketing consultant for NEP that works with GIZ and UNIDO on free-lancer basis.

In addition, in 2020, two graduation project under her supervision were recognized; هن was celebrated internationally by Brunswick group who interviewed the students and wrote about their grad project an article that was published in 18 different countries; التار دايرة دمار won SECOND place among 57 projects for 38 national and international universities for a competition done by the Higher International Institute for Mass Communications – El Sherook Academy. In 2019, Dr. Shaaban was awarded the star of Mass Communication faculty “Above and Beyond” in recognition of dedication, passion and commitment in MSA. Also, her students won the best slogan in the national water campaign against 15 universities in Egypt (2017).

Dr. Reham Samy is an associate professor. She joined MSA in 2008 teaching Public Opinion, Mass Media Research, and Introduction to Broadcasting. Before MSA, Dr. Samy worked as a researcher at The Public Opinion Research Center at Cairo University from 2003 to 2008. Her research focus includes; social media, data mining, education and public opinion. She supervised a number of papers that students presented at the Second and Third Annual Media Conference held at MSA. She held a number of workshops and seminars to raise awareness regarding Ethics and Copyrights. Dr. Samy serves at the University Research Committee which seeks to upgrade the quality of research across the various faculties at MSA.

Dr. Shereen Aladawi (د. شيرين العدوي) joined MSA in 2011, teaching Arabic Writing and Arabic Syntax and Morphology. In addition to her work as a lecturer, Dr. Aladawi is a poet and a radio presenter of a program titled Tasting Poetry.
Dr. Aladawi has received a number of Egyptian and Arab trophies on her publications. “The Other Sky” won the Arab Qurachi Award; “Corridors of Wounds” received the award of the Supreme Council of Culture. “A Muzzle Towards Me” won the House of Poets Award. Her collection of poems “Diwan: Butterflies of Light” received an award from The General Authority for Culture Palaces Award. In addition to Ahmed Shawky Poetry Award, which was granted to Dr. Aladawi for her literary work collection, such as “Girls of Karkh” and her book “The Social Life in the Book of Songs of Asfahani.” She also wrote a number of research papers which were published in reputable periodicals. It is worth mentioning that some of her works have been translated into English and Spanish.
Dr. Aladawi is an active public servant; she is a member of the Supreme Council of Culture, the World Council for Arabic Language in Beirut, and the Board of Directors of the Union of Egyptian Writers. She also serves on various arbitration committees which offer valuable awards. Moreover, Dr. Aladawi represents Egypt in various Arabic and international conferences for literature. At MSA, she serves as the President of the University Writers Association.

Dr. Yasmin Ahmed is an experienced lecturer and enthusiastic researcher in the Mass Communication field. She taught several mass communication courses, gave and supervised several practical training programs in faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo university. Her interest includes psychology of mass communication, mass communication theories, media and social change, Radio and Television drama, and media translation. She joined MSA family in February 2020 and appointed as Student’s Affairs Directors for previous and outstanding experience in this field.

Dr. Osama's doctoral thesis, titled "Framing the Egyptian and African Press Treatment of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam Issues: A Comparative Analytical Study for the Period (2019 – 2021)." Her professional experience includes contributions to various Egyptian newspapers such as AlMasry AlYoum and AlDostour.
She's an accomplished author, with two noteworthy books to her name. The first, "The representation of Arab women in American and British press during the years 2011-2013," was published in 2016. Her second book, "Saudi women in Western press," was published in 2020. Her research areas encompass a wide range of topics, including the portrayal of Arabs and Muslims in international media, political communication, media and conflict, and women's studies.
Dr. Osama extends her expertise as a media trainer in the media literacy training program organized by The American Cultural Center, U.S. Embassy Cairo. She is also a certified trainer from Radio Netherlands Training Centre, specializing in the use of digital media to counter disinformation and hate speech.
Notably, she has earned a certification in Artificial Intelligence (HCIA) and is now a certified Huawei Academy partner
